Returns & Exchanges:
- For all products purchased online at thunderbay1636.com we’re happy to issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase as long as a receipt is provided.
- For all merchandise returned without a receipt, we’ll gladly issue merchandise credit for the last retail value of the goods.
- Any merchandise returned with a gift receipt will be eligible for merchandise credit for the last retail value of the goods.
- Custom and personalized merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
